Lip colour, eyeliner, eye shadow, blush….mellow is my go to favourite brand. Stunning shades, long lasting, feels amazing on the skin. I’ve not been able to use eyeliner for years as any brands made my eyes sting and water. Not anymore with mellow. The chocolate chip mineral eyeliner is worn daily with no issues.
